Associate Professor Johnston is an ARC Research Fellow and Director of Sydney Harbour Project at the Sydney Institute of Marine Science (SIMS).
She heads the Subtidal Ecology and Ecotoxicology group at UNSW.
An ARC QEII fellow at UNSW, Dr Brown's research focuses on microbes primarily from marine environments. One of his current projects involves identifying changes in pelagic microbial communities with changes in the EAC as it extends further into southern waters.
Dr Dafforn is a postdocorate researcher in the Subtidal Ecology and Ecotoxicology group at UNSW. Her research interests span from invasion ecology of artificial structures, to understanding the impacts of multiple stressors in highly disturbed estuarine systems.
Dr Chariton is Research Team Leader of the Environmental Omics research group at Australian CSIRO Land and Water. His research interests are primarily in the area of estuarine ecology, with a focus on the effects of environmental contaminants on sedimentary environments.
